HOT AIR COMPRESSOR HOSE 180°C

Flexible silicone hose for silo vehicles, connection between unloading air compressor and silo.

Construction:

– Inner layer: smooth, silicone rubber.

– Reinforcement: aramid fibers and steel spiral.

– Outer layer: silicone rubber, ribbed with soft ends on both sides.

– Maximum pressure: 6 bar.

– Maximum vacuum: 0.8 bar.

– Operating temperature: from – 30 °C to + 180 °C (short-term 250 °C)

The special feature of these pipes is that they are produced in a quality that allows maximum flexibility, without reducing the flow of media.

Soft / flat ends on both sides, the possibility of performing the hose in reducing the diameter.

Hoses are produced in the range of dimensions: ID Ø 50 mm, Ø 63 mm, Ø 76 mm, Ø102 mm, Ø 110 mm, and all combinations of lengths up to 8000 mm. ( on request we can produce other dimensions)

Frequent applications of this product: for compressed hot air when unloading cement, working machines and plants … (not intended for the flow of cement and other abrasive materials)

possibility of installing various couplings e.g. stortz (fire couplings) …
