AIR SHAFT INFLATABLE HOSES / BLADDERS AIR TUBES / PNEUMATIC AIR EXPANDING SHAFTS HOSE

We produce air shaft inflatable hoses, also known as bladders or air tubes for pneumatic air expanding shafts.

The most common dimensions are next internal diameters:

20 mm ,22 mm, 25 mm, 28 mm, 30 mm,32 mm, 38 mm,40 mm, 42 mm,45 mm, 50 mm, 60 mm, 70 mm, 75 mm 80 mm,90 mm, 95 mm, 101 mm, 120 mm.

Rubber hoses for air shaft are produced from high alastic and strenght NR natural rubber.  

This NR rubber provides great resistance to cracking, abrasion, wear during use.

Vulkanizacija Pasaric d.o.o. also have the production option that hoses can be in a reinforced variant with synthetic fibers that can reduces rupture and breaking the hose, which can ocure over-pressurization, broken internal springs, or abrasion. With fiber reinforced version we tray to maimize the product life and durability

Working temperature is up to 70°C

Rubber hose are  suitable for a lug-type, leaf-type and multi-bladder air shaft.
